PACE KC - Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly will be offered at a new day center near Swope Health Central at 4141 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Kansas CIty, MO, 64130. PACE KC's interdisciplinary care team will offer whole person care and social services in a warm, welcoming day center built with the needs of the elderly in mind.

 KidsCARE - An important new priority of Swope Health, KidsCARE offers school-based primary care. KidsCARE satellite clinics are located at at Emmanuel Family and Child Center, Operation Breakthrough, Excelsior Springs Early Child Center and University Academy. Additional sites are in the works.

Kansas CIty Kansas Community Education, Health and Wellness Center - In partnership with Kansas CIty Kansas Community College, a new building slated to open in 2025 will house a 16,000 s.f. Women's and Children's Clinic.

 Support for Swope Health Where it is Needed the Most - Swope Health serves nearly 50,000 people each year on both sides of the state line. Unrestricted financial support helps us to strengthen, improve and grow Swope Health.
