Patients in Need: Help close the gap for patients who do not have the financial means to afford the costs associated with their healthcare.
Adult Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (Adult CPRP): The focus of this program is to help individuals develop skills, access resources and learn to manage persistent and severe mental illness. A big part of the program is the art classes and community garden projects. Donations to this fund will go towards supplies for these two initiatives.
Champs Program: The Champs program is a monthly youth group for children ages 5 to 17 who are enrolled in the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CPRP). The program provides education on different life-skills and age-appropriate activities for an average of 50 children each month. Donations will help with the costs of activities, food drives, holiday programming, and field trips for children in Champs.
Homeless Outreach Pantry: Donations help keep supplies for homeless clients available; new clothing, nonperishable food and personal hygiene products. Your donations will go directly to those we encounter and treat—many of whom do not have more than the clothing on their backs.
